PRIEST: We have heard and listened to the word of God and we are challenged to live by the Word of God. We call and the Lord to help us in our need.
READER: Let us pray for the unemployed and those who are about to lose their means of livelihood and their homes. Help them to overcome their sense of despair and rejection, may they find the help they need. Lord in your mercy: hear our Prayer.
Our actions and words expose our true self. May the fruit of our lives flow from our inner goodness. Lord in your mercy: hear our Prayer.
Recognising that we are entrusted with the mysteries of God, we ask God to help us live up to our responsibilities of spreading the Gospel of Life. Lord in your mercy: hear our Prayer.
Let us pray for the people of the Ukraine and their enemies, that a just and peaceful end to the war me be quickly found. Lord in your mercy: hear our Prayer.
We pray for the poor, oppressed and marginalized and all those who stand with them. Help us to show that God will never abandon us. Lord in your mercy: hear our Prayer.
May we remember that this world can provide enough for everyone, if we share it’s resources responsibly and justly. Lord in your mercy: hear our Prayer.
Let us pray that God may keep missionaries in his special care and grant them the faith, strength and protection they need today. Lord in your mercy: hear our Prayer.
We pray that our leaders and politicians and those with the power and ability make real efforts to recognise and help the poorest in society. Lord in your Mercy: Hear our Prayer.
We remember all who are sick, those in hospital and those who are housebound. We remember especially those who have no access to medical care. Lord in your Mercy: Hear our Prayer.
Now let us pray for a few moments in silence for our own needs and intentions.

PRIEST: Almighty and ever-living God your in your goodness we are forgiven, loved and cared for more than we can understand. As we share in this Eucharist together may our work, the fruit of our lives be seen as true worship. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. AMEN
