Advent Prayer
God of hope,
As we wait for the coming of Christ,
stir in us a longing for justice, peace, and healing.
May the birth of Jesus renew our love for all people
and deepen our care for Your creation.
In a world wounded by conflict and greed,
make us bearers of peace.
In the face of poverty and pollution,
make us stewards of the earth and defenders of the poor.
This Advent, may we prepare not only our homes,
but our hearts and hands to serve.
And at Christmas, may we welcome Christ anew—
the Prince of Peace, born to restore all things in love.
