An Easter prayer
Lord Jesus in you we rejoice and we thank you
for the risen presence, for the richness of your abounding mercy,
For the joy of your unfailing love, for the constancy of your friendship,
for the gift of eternal life with you.
I ask you to bless all my family and friends, those nearest and dearest,
but also those I haven't been able to see for so long.
May your light shine upon them this Easter,
the light of your presence to bring joy to their hearts
so that your peace may find a welcome in their homes.
Amen.
